Whether you train at home or in a gym, with or without equipment, I will adapt to your environment. All your workouts will be fully planned in detail.

In order to get yourself in shape, get the results you want and avoid injury, I want you to learn how to feed yourself in the right way.

Knowing which foods to favor and which to banish from your kitchen is essential. No matter what your level of nutritional knowledge, you will be able to manage your diet independently and benefit from it throughout your life.
